VIVO Y53i Review
A mid-range phone has been released last April 2018 in the country of India under the Vivo smartphone brand. The phone was released in the Indian market and make a debut in the technology world. It is the Vivo Y53i that has 5 inches screen size and has a variant under the model of Vivo Y53 that was released last March 2017. The specs are also mid-range that’s line up with basic and standard common features. It is a lite version smartphone in compared to the latest mobile phone that has is trending nowadays.
VIVOY 53i Specs has a dimension of 144.2 x 71.4 x 7.6 mm (5.68 x 2.81 x 0.30 in) and weighing 137g. It is a dual Nano SIM card that has a dual standby mode. The Network technology supports up to 4G LTE band. The phone is a multitouch features and has an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The display resolution spec has 540 x 960 pixels, 16:9 ratio and 220PPi density.
It runs with a Funtouch OS 3.0 based on the Operating System of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The processor is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 425 and a GPU of Adreno 306. The Ram is 2 GB capacity and has a built-in internal memory of 16 GB storage. Memory storage is expandable through using the external micro SD card with the maximum capacity up to 256 GB. External micro SD card has a dedicated slot to use so there’s nothing to worry about inserting the two network SIM card on the phone.
The primary camera of VIVOY 53i Specs has the quality of 8 Megapixel with f/2.0 autofocus and LED Flash. The additional camera features include Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, and HDR. On the other hand, the secondary or the front camera has the quality of 5 MP f/2.2. Along with the video quality resolution of 720p@30fps for recording. The smartphone has complete alert types, has a loudspeaker and supported with 3.5mm jack port.
As for the connectivity specs, it has WiFi with hotspot features, Bluetooth 4.2 (A2DP, LE), GPS (A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS), FM radio and micro USB 2.0. Since the Y53i is a mid-range phone, it has only Sensor specs of Accelerometer, proximity, and compass. The battery is non-removable Li-Ion with the capacity of 2500 mAh. It doesn’t support any fast charging features. The color variations available on the phone are Crown Gold and Matte Black.
Vivo stated the official price of the smartphone in the Indian market for about 8000 INR or Php 6,183.72 converted into Philippines currency.
