Oppo Realme 2 Review

Oppo Realme 2 Specs are combined by a mid-range and low-end components of specs and features. It said to be a budget smartphone of Oppo that was announced last August and expected to be released by the 12th day of this month of September. It was first introduced in the country of India serves as the official announcement of the smartphone. Realme 2 offers a full-screen view display design with a large memory capacity, dual camera lens, and advanced specs and features. It is the first budget-smartphone by the Oppo, that can be considered as a mid-range phone.

Realme 2 is a Dual Nano SIM card with dual standby mode features supported by a network technology up to 4G LTE band. It has 6.2 inches of screen size with a full-screen view display having an 81.2% screen-to-body ratio. The display type has a spec of IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass  3 and capable of having a multi-touch feature. The dimension has the size of 156.2 x 75.6 x 8.2 mm (6.15 x 2.98 x 0.32 in) and weighing 168g. The display resolution equipped with a spec of 720 x 1520 pixels, 19:9 ratio and 271 ppi density.

The smartphone runs with the UI of ColorOS 5.1 based on the operating system of Android 8.1 Oreo version. The processor is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm SDM450 Snapdragon 450 and a GPU of Adreno 506. Realme 2 has variations of memory storage capacity such as 3 GB RAM with 32 GB internal memory and 4 GB RAM with 64 GB internal memory. It is supported by having an expandable external memory via microSD card up to 256 GB storage. The external memory has a dedicated slot to use.

The primary camera has a dual lens with a quality of 13 MP f/2.2, AF + 2 MP f/2.4, depth sensor and LED Flash. It has an additional camera mode feature such as HDR and Panorama for taking photos.  While the front camera has an 8 MP f/2.2 quality for taking selfies. The video has the resolution of 1080p@30fps for the recording. On the other hand, it has a built-in Loudspeaker and supported by a 3.5mm jack. It has also active noise cancellation with dedicated mic feature.

Oppo Realme 2 Price and Battery Capacity

The connectivity packs with specs and feature such as WiFi (WiFi Direct, hotspot), Bluetooth 4.2 (A2DP, LE), GPS (A-GPS), FM radio, and micro USB 2.0 supported by an OTG ready components. It has a fingerprint scanner rear-mounted located at the back of the device. The additional sensor features are the accelerometer, proximity, and compass. The battery is non-removable Li-Ion 4230 mAh and doesn’t support by fast charging feature. The colors available are Diamond Black, Diamond Red, and Diamond Blue. The official price stated by the Oppo is about 9000 INR or Php 6,773.30 if converted into Philippines currency respectively.
